Innoson Motors Urges Nigerians To Be Patient With President Tinubu’s Administration
Innoson Motors Managing Director/CEO, Innocent Chukwuma, has appealed to Nigerians to be patient with President Bola Tinubu’s administration, expressing confidence in the President’s ability to turn the country around for the better. Chukwuma made this plea after visiting President Tinubu at the State House in Abuja.
According to Chukwuma, his visit was to encourage the President and express support for his vision. “People must be patient, this Mr. President, I know how he behaves, everything we want, we will see the better side of Nigeria. Let everybody calm down for him, we will see a better Nigeria from Tinubu,” he said.
Chukwuma also criticized the previous administration, accusing former President Muhammadu Buhari of selling crude oil upfront without providing for the country’s needs. “The former government sold oil, collected the money, and didn’t supply, but this government is just supplying without getting the money. So, let them give them a chance, everything will be okay,” he stated.
The Innoson Motors boss also disclosed that his company has partnered with the federal government to supply Innoson brand vehicles for official use. Additionally, he revealed that his firm has been at the forefront of promoting Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) for locally assembled vehicles, which will soon become a common sight on Nigerian roads.
“I started CNG about two years ago, I was the first to start it in Nigeria. My visit here today is on CNG vehicle issues; I have discussed with them, and in a short time, the masses will see CNG buses on the road. It is the best idea, the government’s initiatives on CNG are the best idea for this country because there are a lot of benefits,” Chukwuma said.
He emphasized the need for patience and support, urging Nigerians not to destroy public infrastructure. “There’s no benefit in destroying our things; our benefit is to be calm and let him plan for the future
