Prominent Igbo Leaders, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah And Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, Pass On
Nigeria is mourning the loss of two prominent Igbo leaders, Senator Ifeanyi Ubah and Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu.
Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, a serving legislator in Nigeria’s Senate and owner of Capital Oil, passed away in the UK after reportedly undergoing surgery. He was a successful businessman and entrepreneur, known for his innovative approach to the oil and gas industry. As a senator, he was a vocal advocate for the interests of his constituents and the Igbo people. His passing has been met with an outpouring of grief, with many paying tribute to his leadership and contributions to Nigeria’s development.
Chief Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, a renowned Igbo leader and President-General of Ohanaeze N’digbo Worldwide, died at 82 after a brief illness. He was a highly respected figure in the Igbo community and beyond, known for his leadership and contributions to Nigeria’s socio-economic development. His passing has left a deep void amongst the Igbo people, who have lost a true leader and champion.
